Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal, but the most important thing to us is that you feel comfortable. The ceremony will take place outdoors on soft ground, so we recommend choosing shoes that can handle grass or uneven terrain. The reception will be held in a finished barn.

I'm coming from out of town - where should I stay?

Answer

There are countless places to stay in the area, and since everyone has their own style (and budget!), we encourage guests to look around and choose the lodging that suits them best. For proximity to the venue and to the water, we recommend looking in Portland, South Portland, Scarborough, and Old Orchard Beach. Summer is peak season on the Maine coast, so we suggest booking as soon as you can as you plan your travel. You can always reach out to us if you have specific questions!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We will not be organizing a shuttle or ride service for the event but Uber and Lyft are prevalent in the area!

Yes! There is ample onsite parking at the farm stand across the street from the barn.
