Travel Note
Please note, we have room blocks at two hotels to ensure we have enough space for as many guests as possible. For parking at the Warwick and Sonesta, the overnight fees are $50 and $51. Slightly cheaper parking can be found in surrounding garages and lots. If you have questions or issues booking, please contact Raffy or TJ.

Transportation will be provided for guests staying at the Warwick and Sonesta (pick up at the Warwick at 4:15pm and the Sonesta at 4:20pm) to the reception at Bartram’s (drop off at 4:45pm).
