How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP by filling out and mailing back the RSVP card that came with your invitation or you can RSVP online on the “RSVP” page of this website.

Please RSVP by April 10, 2025.

What is the dress code?

Answer

There is no strict dress code but if you are looking for guidance on what to wear we would suggest cocktail attire.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony is taking place at Holy Saviour Church in Norristown and the reception is taking place at Bartram’s Garden in Philadelphia.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony at Holy Saviour will begin promptly so please arrive no later than 1pm. If you do arrive late we would recommend entering through one of the side doors and not the main doors at the back of the church.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

The reception at Bartram’s Garden will begin with cocktail hour at 5pm. The reception will follow with dinner and dancing.

Is there parking available at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! Holy Saviour has a large parking lot on the same street (Main Street) as the church. Bartram’s Garden has a plenty of parking and we will be providing a valet service for all guests who drive to the reception.

Will the ceremony be a full mass?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be a full mass and will include the marriage ceremony and will likely last an hour.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony at Holy Saviour will be indoors. The reception at Bartram’s Garden will include an outdoor cocktail hour (weather permitting) and dinner and dancing will be under a large outdoor tent.

What can we do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony will likely end around 2pm and the cocktail hour portion of the reception does not begin until 5pm. If you are staying at a hotel downtown, the time between the ceremony and reception would be a great time to check-in and drop off your belongings. Check out the “Things To Do” page on this website for some coffee shops, bars, and restaurants to visit in between the ceremony and reception.

Where do you recommend guests stay for overnight accommodations near the venue?

Answer

We have reserved blocks of rooms for guests at two hotels in downtown Philadelphia, the Sonesta and the Warwick. Please visit the “Travel & Hotels” page of this website for more information.

Can I bring a guest or my children?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for the answer to this question. If your invitation is not addressed to you and a guest or you and your children, then unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate any extra guests. Please reach out to TJ and Raffy if you have any questions. We appreciate your understanding!

I have a dietary restriction or food allergy, can that be accommodated?
