Caticlan Airport

Boracay has two options when travelling by air: Caticlan Airport. Caticlan is the newest, nearest and most straightforward location, where as Kalibo is located farther away in the capital city of Aklan. Kalibo is a larger airport that can accommodate bigger aircraft, however, it requires a bus ride to the Caticlan Jetty Port, where you can take a boat to Malay, Aklan.

We understand that travel outside the country may be new for some of our guests. For our guests who do not have a passport yet, please use the US Department of State's website for guidance on how to get a passport. If you have questions on filling out your passport application/renewal or the process, please feel free to reach out to Rae, as she was a Passport Acceptance Agent at Merced County for 8 months.
