How are you accommodating for COVID?

Answer

Safety will be one of our top priorities for the day. We understand that there are still concerns of COVID-19 and we want to make sure our guests feel comfortable and safe. We will be working with the venue to follow state guidelines with social distancing and other regulations. Tables will be at least 6 feet apart, room capacities will be enforced, and outside areas will be available.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Nope! Cocktail/Dressy Casual Attire recommended but wear what you like. The venue is indoor-outdoor so plan for that unpredictable western PA weather

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Our hotel block is at the Hampton Inn & Suites New Stanton. Call (724) 755-4260 and reference the Gialanella-Regan Wedding by May 25th, 2021 to ensure a room within the block at the discounted rate.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle service will be available from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony and at the end of the night. Details for times will be available at the hotel when you check in.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Sure is! Free parking is available in the main lot in front of the venue
