Casual chic (i.e. Dress up, but be comfortable! Tuxes and long gowns are probably a little too dressy for our laid back wedding). Late October in Asheville usually has cool evenings and much of our wedding will be outside. (Don't worry, there is a covered pavilion and indoor event center in case of inclement weather.) Do think about jackets, long sleeves and wraps as you will be happy to have some combination of these if it is a particularly chilly evening.. Also remember that we are getting married on a farm and you will walk on grass and other uneven surfaces at times during the evening. Please keep that in mind when selecting shoes.
