🥂Absolutely! We would love to celebrate with your whole family. Heads-up for parents: this will be a lively "adult-style" party with an open bar and loud music 🎶. There is an outdoor playground on-site for the little ones to enjoy 🛝. Please note that the venue does not provide high chairs; seating consists of standard chairs only. If you plan on bringing your children, please reach out to us with their names and ages by July 1, 2026 so we can add them to the guest list! 📝

Can I bring a plus-one?

💍To stay within our budget and venue capacity, we’ve addressed our invitations to specific guests. However, we want our celebration to be full of love! If you have a serious partner or significant other you would like to attend with you, please reach out to us directly. We are more than happy to check our numbers and add them to the guest list so we can all celebrate together! ✨

🐾 We love your furry friends, but the venue has a strict no-pets policy. Please leave your pups at home!

What should I wear?

👗 Summer Cocktail Attire: Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets and slacks, sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues etc...Since we’ll be celebrating outdoors we suggest comfortable shoes or wedges, as you'll be walking on grass and gravel.

🌤️ Oregon nights can get a little chilly once the sun goes down! We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater to stay cozy during the reception.

Wait, where am I staying again?
Answer
🏨 The Bridge Over Clear Creek (venue) is about 40 minutes from PDX airport and only 20 minutes from Oregon City/Clackamas where there are plenty of hotel options. We have a hotel block at the Best Western Plus Rivershore in Oregon City. If you'd rather stay on-site, you are welcome to camp with us!

What do I need for camping?

⛺Think "dry camping." While there are some power and water sources nearby, please come prepared with your own tent and supplies. 🔦 Need Gear? If you want to camp but don’t have a tent, please reach out to us! We have a few spares we can loan out so you can join the party.

How do I get to the venue if I don't have a car?
Answer
🚌 We are running a shuttle from the Best Western Plus Rivershore. You don't have to stay at the hotel to use it, but that is the only pick-up and drop-off spot! Rideshares (Uber/Lyft) also service the area.

Is the venue accessible?
Answer
🚜 Yes! We will have a vehicle available to shuttle anyone who needs a lift between the parking lot, ceremony, and reception. There will be clean outhouse-style restrooms available, plus one fully accessible restroom located inside the venue.
