Parking

Midtown Parking Garage (11 S Fourth St.): The Midtown Parking Garage has entrances both on 4th street and 5th street. Parking validation is available at the bar for purchase. Our validation is $18/car for 24 hours Friday-Sunday. Anything over 24 hours will have an overage charge when exiting, which is $20/12 hours. In order to get your parking validated at the bar, please follow the instructions below: 1. Take a ticket when entering the ramp. 2. Park and bring your ticket with you or take a clear photo showing the ticket number. 3. Go to level 3 of the parking garage and enter the Lumber Exchange building (opposite the elevator and to the left of the AC Hotel door). 4. Once inside The Lumber Exchange Building, continue down the hallway (which turns left), until you arrive at the gold elevators. Take the elevator to the level 3. 5. Bring the ticket/photo of ticket to our team. Our staff will enter the ticket number into the system, which will discount/validate that ticket. 6. When exiting the parking ramp, scan the ticket to leave. Please keep in mind that we are not affiliated with Midtown Parking Garage and do not have say in their rates, policies, procedures, etc. The current rate for discounted parking vouchers is $18 per voucher, but the ramp can change their pricing at any time.
