We are delighted to host a Welcome Dinner at the hotel where the bride will be staying, marking the beginning of the wedding festivities. Attire for the Welcome Dinner can be cultural or whatever feels most comfortable for our guests. We understand that you will be traveling this day and we simply want you to feel at ease as we begin the celebrations together.
8:30 am - 1:00 pm
The bridal Haldi and Satak ceremonies will be held together as part of the bride’s pre-wedding celebrations. Guests are welcome to remain in the same attire for both ceremonies. Following the Satak, a traditional cultural lunch will be served. For the Haldi and Satak ceremonies, guests are encouraged to wear traditional attire in shades of yellow, orange, green, or white to reflect the joy of the occasion.
6:00 pm - 10:30 pm
A traditional cultural dinner will be served as performances take place, allowing guests to dine and enjoy the festivities together. Attire for the Sangeet can be festive and elegant. Choose something you feel comfortable and confident in, whether it’s light and flowy for dancing or something more formal.
7:30 am - 12:00 pm
We kindly ask that all guests arrive on time, as the ceremony follows auspicious timings that are deeply important to us and our families. Following the wedding, a traditional lunch will be served, featuring a variety of regional dishes to celebrate the occasion together. Guests are welcome to wear traditional Indian attire such as sarees, lehengas, kurtas, or elegant Western wear like dresses or suits.
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Please join us for a cocktail hour with drinks and appetizers before the reception begins. We can’t wait to toast with you!
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
The night will feature a delicious dinner, music, and special moments shared among family and friends. Attire for the reception can be traditional or Western formal. Choose something elegant that makes you feel comfortable and confident.
