When is my RSVP due?

Can I bring a date?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on our wedding invitations. Please feel free to call the Mother of the Bride with any questions at 817-689-6190!

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We’ve secured blocks of rooms at two hotels. To take advantage of the(25%) group discount, you must book your room(s) by June 18. Please see the TRAVEL & HOTEL section of our site for booking links and phone numbers.

Do I have to book at the hotels that have room blocks?

Answer

No, you are not required to stay in the discounted room blocks we've set aside.

Is there a dress code for the wedding?

Answer

We hope our wedding on Saturday, July 20 will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite, warm-weather semi-formal or cocktail attire! The wedding ceremony will be indoors, but there will be a one-hour Cocktail Hour held on the patio outdoors while the barn is being flipped for the dinner reception!

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00PM on Saturday, July 20. We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to sign our Guest Book and find a seat.

Will transportation be provided to/from the ceremony and reception?

Answer

No shuttle service will be provided to/from the ceremony and reception, however taxis, Lyft and UBER rides are available to and from Redemption Ranch. Holiday Inn Express does not have a shuttle service but has one-way Taxi or private car service for $37 provided by St. Charles Country Cab 636-281-8080. Utilize them for your ride to the airport and consider carpooling with fellow wedding guests for even more savings!

Will parking be available?

Free parking is available in the lower lot by the creek. You will be directed where to park when you arrive!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

Please indicate your dietary restriction(s) via the RSVP section on our site. We want you to be safe and comfortable!

Will there be dancing and entertainment?

Answer

We will have a DJ playing dance music! There will be fun yard games off the patio or you can explore the beautiful ranch grounds!

Can I take pictures and/or post photos of your wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that you please silence and put away your phones/cameras during the wedding ceremony, as we'd love for you to be present and enjoy our special moments with us. After that, snap and post to your heart's content. But please make sure you don't jump in front of our professional photographer or videographer!

What is the weather like in Missouri in July?

Answer

Average temperatures are in the low 90s (Fahrenheit) during the day, and high 60s at night. Missouri historically has very temperamental weather, it can be blazing hot during the day and chilly in the evening. Light layers are encouraged!

Are there other wedding events that I'm invited to?

Answer

Yes. For our guests arriving early, Brett and I will either be hanging out in the Great Room of the Staybridge Suites Hotel, or you can find us poolside from at least 5:30 to 7:30 PM on Friday, July 19. Whether you book at the Staybridge Suites or Holiday Inn Express, all guests are permitted to use the outdoor pool, as both hotels share a courtyard. This casual get-together is a chance for us to say hello and welcome you! And it will be a great opportunity for you to meet your fellow guests before you all run off to dinner! If you forget to RSVP for this event, come anyway! Also, for our guests staying in town an extra day to explore the great city of St. Louis, feel free to show up to Walnut Grill at 11:30 am on Sunday. See the SCHEDULE section of our website for details. No reservations or seating charts. We won't be there, but feel free to have lunch with some of our wedding guests!

Do you have any other recommendations of great places to eat?

Answer

Sure. There's Timber Creek Grill that is a 10-minute walk from the hotels. Open at 11am for lunch. 636-329-0001. You could also try a smaller restaurant called The Brass Rail. This restaurant is also a 10-minute walk from the hotels and opens for lunch at 11am. 636-329-1349. Another option farther away is Lewis & Clarks on Main Street St. Charles. They have a very pretty covered patio overlooking the street! 636-947-3334
