If you are flying in, Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the largest and most convenient airport in the area, located approximately 40 minutes from the hotel and reception venue. The airport offers a wide range of domestic and international flights, making it an excellent choice for travelers. For transportation to the hotel, you can choose to rent a car from one of the many rental agencies available at the airport or use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft. Trenton-Mercer Airport is a conveniently located, smaller airport just 20 minutes from the hotel and reception venue. While some destinations offer direct flights to this airport, please note that car rental services are not available. If you choose to fly into Trenton-Mercer, we recommend using Uber or a similar rideshare service to reach the hotel.

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Hampton Inn & Suites Newtown. There are two booking options: (1) Click on the "view" button below to be directed to the unique hotel block booking site for the wedding (2) Call the Hilton Reservations toll-free number at 1-800-HILTONS, mention the Moran Daugherty Wedding Group Block or the unique code 90I to receive your group rate. The cut-off date for booking a room in the block and receiving the discounted price of $205 is May 5. After the cutoff date, you will need to book a room independently. Check-in is at 3 pm and checkout is at 12pm. There is a free buffet breakfast available from 7am-10am.

Shuttle

A complimentary shuttle service will be available to transport hotel guests to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. The shuttle will depart from the hotel promptly at 2:10 PM. Return trips to the hotel from the receptions will begin around 9:45 PM and conclude at 11:00 PM. The shuttles can accommodate up to 58 guests. If you plan to use this service, kindly indicate your preference on your RSVP. Please note that only guests who RSVP for the shuttle will be able to take advantage of this service.
