Cocktail attire. For women, we recommend a dress, skirt, blouse, or slacks. Since part of the reception will be in the grass, we recommend women don't wear heels that will sink into the grass. For men, we recommend dress pants or khakis with a dress shirt (tie and suit jackets are optional). No jeans please. Spring colors are encouraged!
Unfortunately, our venue is unsuitable for individuals under 21. We hope this will allow you a much-deserved night off to celebrate with us!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Transportation will be provided for the guests who are staying at the hotel. The bus will leave the hotel promptly at 2:30 pm to take guests to the church for the ceremony. Following the ceremony, the bus will take guests to the reception. At the end of the evening, there will be 2 trips back to the hotel- one at 10:00pm after the reception and one at 11:00pm following the after party.
Please be in your seats no later than 3:20pm, the ceremony will start promptly at 3:30pm. If you arrive after the bridal party has begun walking into the church, you will need to wait for the whole wedding party and bride to walk down the aisle before quietly being prompted to find a seat.
Yes, we will have an open bar with wine, beer and spirits, but no shots. The wine is made at the vineyard and the beer is locally brewed. We will also have non-alcoholic options available.
The ceremony will take place inside the church (Our Lady of Guadalupe). Cocktail hour will take place outside with access to the bar inside. The reception will take place in an outside tent at the Vineyard.

Kindly RSVP by May 1st. If you have not provided an answer by this date, then unfortunately, you will not be able to join the wedding.
We recommend going to the Green Parrot in Newtown! They stay open until 2am.
