Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, it's black tie optional, which means tuxedos or suits for the guys, and formal gowns or cocktail dresses for the gals.

Will there be any name changes?

Answer

No, neither Tom nor Rachel will be changing their names so anything addressed to the couple should read Ms. (Rachel) Snyder and Mr. (Tom) Goodman.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have a few kiddos in our bridal party, but those are the only kids who will be celebrating with us for the evening. All other guests will be 21+. If you need recommendations for sitters or caregivers in the area please let us know in advance.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be limited shuttle service from the DoubleTree hotel to the ceremony/reception, that will run from 2:00 PM to 3:15 PM and then again from 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there's parking for 200 cars, but please carpool if possible!

There will be an option on your invitation to let us know about any food allergies. As dinner is a buffet, we will have a variety of menu options for our guests.
