Question
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Answer
RSVPs are only online via this website under the tab "RSVP" or located on the home page. Online RSVPs helps us receive an overall better picture of our guest count for the venue. Once we receive your response, a formal invitation will be sent to you.
Question
Am I allowed to bring a plus one? Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
Due to the limited space that is available at Wolfe Heights, a limited amount of plus ones and children can be accommodated for. We ask that you please follow these guidelines so that we are able to host all guests. **Guidelines for extra guests below: - In your RSVP, let us know how many additional guests you will be bringing. (**Note: Plus ones are limited to ONE additional person only. Children do not have a limit but all need to be accounted for in your RSVP) - Let us know no later than 6 months prior to the event (March 1st, 2025) by texting the bride or the groom - Even with prior notice, a plus one will NOT be guaranteed. Plus ones are solidified once confirmed via text from the bride or the groom.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
In September, Sacramento typically enjoys warm, sunny days with highs around 85–91°F and cooler nights in the mid-50s. Rain is rare, and the air is comfortably dry, making it a pleasant time of year.

Is there on-site parking available at the wedding venue?
Answer
Yes! However, space may be limited, thus we suggest carpooling if you are able.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Wolfe Heights is a completely outdoors venue, thus the ceremony and reception will be outdoors. A limited amount of parasols (sun umbrellas) will be provided by the venue, keeping in mind that elders and children will have a priority.

Is smoking and/or vaping allowed at the venue?
Answer
Per venue guidelines, although it is an outdoor venue, smoking and/or vaping is ONLY allowed in one (1) designated area on the Wolfe Heights property which will be clearly labeled by their staff. The bride and groom will be charged a fine as well as you being asked to leave the premises if you are caught, so we please ask that you please follow the venue guidelines. ** Absolutely NO marijuana or any types of drugs are allowed at the venue! The bride and groom will not be responsible for any negligence if guests are caught breaking venue rules.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Please drink responsibly and have a designated driver. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be provided (i.e. soda, coffee, water, lemonade, and iced tea).

Is the wedding ceremony and reception at the same venue?
Answer
Yes, both the ceremony and the reception will both be held at Wolfe Heights! No traveling in between needed!

Yes, the ceremony and reception are wheelchair accessible!

What time should I arrive by?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. Please be prompt and arrive by 4:00 PM to ensure you have ample time to get settled. The wedding reception will begin around 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM.
