We’re keeping it beach chic! For the ceremony, feel free to wear lightweight, comfortable clothing (think sundresses, linen suits, sandals). Since we’ll be on the beach, we recommend comfortable shoes (or no shoes at all!) and a sweater for when the sun goes down.
You’ll be transported to the beautiful Las Caletas Island via a private boat through Vallarta Adventures. The boat departs at 4:30 PM, and the trip will take about an hour each way. The ceremony will take place on the beach and dinner at the islands restaurant.
We recommend staying in Puerto Vallarta near Puerto Magico. There are several lovely hotels Airbnbs, and resorts nearby. Let us know if you need help with accommodations!
Please plan to arrive on time at 4:30 PM for the boat departure, so we can ensure everyone is on board and ready to set sail for the island.
Absolutely! There will be an open bar (staring on the boat ride over) and delicious food throughout the night, so you won’t go hungry or thirsty. We’ve planned a variety of options for everyone to enjoy.
Our guest list is limited to 80 guests, so please let us know as soon as possible if you plan on bringing a plus-one. We’d love to make sure everyone is comfortable!
The wedding will start at 4:30 PM and the boat will return to the mainland around 12:30 AM. Plan to enjoy a full evening of festivities, from the ceremony to dancing and more!
Yes, there will be parking available at Puerto Magico, where the boat will depart. If you're staying elsewhere, we can help you with transportation suggestions.
We’d love for you to capture memories of our special day! Please be mindful of the professional photographer during the ceremony as we will have a "no phone" ceremony, but feel free to snap away during the reception.
Any essentials you think you may need during the 8 hour adventure. We recommend comfortable shoes, and a light sweater or jacket for the evening, as it can get a little cooler.
