Our first night at The Jarvis Homestead will be September 30, 2026. The Jarvis Homestead has accommodations for all our guests, so please plan to stay with us rather than booking your own accommodations. The venue will be available for our party by 4:00 pm, so please plan your travel accordingly.

Exploration Day

Rachelle & Dakota have a few things to do to get ready for the ceremony on Friday, October 2, so please feel free to explore all that Maine and Acadia National Park have to offer on this day.
Rehearsal Dinner

We invite you to join us for dinner on Thursday, October 1, at 5:00 pm at The Jarvis Homestead. This is a casual dinner for all of us to come together before the wedding the following day.

Ceremony

Our dress code is elevated casual—we’re getting married outdoors in one of the most beautiful places on earth, and we’d love for everyone to look nice for photos.
Rachelle & Dakota will be getting married on Ocean Path in Acadia National Park at 8:00 am on Friday, October 2, 2026. Some details are still being confirmed, but a rough timeline of our wedding morning is below. 6:00 am - Depart Jarvis Homestead for Ocean Path 6:45 am - Arrive & Walk to Ceremony Spot 7:15 am - Rachelle & Dakota's First Look Before Ceremony 7:45 am - Guests Gather at Ceremony Spot 8:00 am - Ceremony Begins (short 5-10 minute, standing ceremony on the rocky coastline) 8:15 am - Couple & Group Photos 9:00 am - Post-Ceremony Breakfast (picnic-style breakfast available in the park)
Reception Dinner

We will gather for a reception dinner at The Jarvis Homestead around 5:00 pm. Our private chef will curate a dinner showcasing locally sourced ingredients. A menu will be shared once finalized.

Exploration Day

We didn't want you to come all the way out to Maine without having the chance to enjoy the area, so why not have another day to explore? Rachelle & Dakota are planning a group excursion, likely whale watching or another boat tour; the details are to be determined at this time. Please check back soon for more details on our group outing. Feel free to spend the day however you'd like!
