When is the wedding?

We will be getting married on March 13th, 2027, at the Bridgeport Art Center- Skyline Loft.

What time will the ceremony begin?

Answer

It will begin at 5:00 pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony so 4:30.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same venue?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and reception will both be at the Bridgeport Art Center-Skyline Loft following one another. Brideport Art Center- Skyline Loft- 1200 W 35th Street, Chicago, Illinois 60609

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is FORMAL. That means dress to impress! We would love to see everyone looking their best - suit & tie for men, long or cocktail dresses for women.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available. Please look at the map at the top for guidance. If you are unable to drive home at the end of the night. Please notify the venue or the planner

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an ADULTS-ONLY event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be indoors for both the ceremony and reception.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony and post on social media?

Answer

We invite you to be truly present at our ceremony, and respectfully request that all cameras and phones be turned off and put away during the ceremony. We are paying for wonderful photographers and videographers who will do an amazing job capturing our day compared to your phone.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided to or from the venue. Parking is also available on-site at the venue for guests who prefer to drive. We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or a taxi for easy transportation: -From the Hyatt Regency McCormick Place: ~5–10 minutes -From the Hilton Chicago: ~10–15 minutes

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally listed on your invitation. If you were given a plus-one, it will be indicated on your invitation and RSVP.
