Here's what to expect: Welcome Drinks – June 7, 2026 Wedding Day – June 8, 2026 Sail Party – June 9, 2026 Most guests plan to depart June 10 or 11, so you have time to enjoy all the festivities (and recover from the dancing!) We’d love for you to join us for all three events—welcome drinks, the wedding, and the sail party—but we completely understand if you can only make it to the big day. What matters most is having you there to celebrate our special moment with us! 💛 🚕 Airport Transfers Bus, Taxis and Ubers are available right outside the terminal. Rides to Palma cost around €20–30 and take 15–20 minutes. If you’d prefer a car, there are plenty of rental options at the airport. We have included some of our favourites below 🌍 Connecting Flights For guests traveling from the U.S., Australia, or the Philippines, we recommend flying into a major European hub—such as Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, London, or Frankfurt—then booking a separate flight to Palma de Mallorca (PMI) with budget-friendly airlines like Vueling, Ryanair, Iberia, Air Europa, or easyJet. This often works out to be the most affordable and flexible option. Flights to Mallorca can be as cheap as $20 if you book in advance. 📌 Book Early June is peak travel season in Mallorca—book flights early for the best prices and availability!

Where to Stay There are plenty of hotels around Palma to suit every style and budget. We usually use Booking.com to find and book accommodations. Please make sure to book early, as June is high season in Mallorca and hotels tend to fill up quickly. On the wedding day, shuttle pick-up and drop-off will be at Hotel Meliá Palma Marina, so we recommend choosing a hotel within easy reach of this location. Getting around is easy—Uber and local taxis are readily available throughout Palma, making it simple to get to and from your hotel. We have included few recommendations below:)

Driving around 🚗

If you’re planning to rent a car, keep in mind that Mallorca’s roads—especially in the old town and mountain villages—can be very narrow, and parking in the city is often limited and congested. If you're staying in central Palma, we recommend taking a taxi from the airport to your hotel to avoid the stress of navigating small streets and finding parking upon arrival. Instead, consider renting a car only on the days you plan to explore, such as visiting beaches, scenic drives, or charming villages like Valldemossa or Deià. There are plenty of car rental offices throughout the city, and you won't need to worry about overnight parking if you return the car the same day. This is a low-cost car hire option that we've personally used ourselves during one of our trips and had a fantastic experience. The process was smooth, the cars were in excellent condition, and customer service was great. We especially recommend them because they offer full insurance coverage at a reasonable cost, which gave us peace of mind while driving around the island. Please do your own research and read the fine print. Be mindful of insurance, hidden fees, and always choose what feels right for you xx
