We’d love for you to join us for all three events—welcome drinks, the wedding, and the sail party—but we completely understand if you can only make it to the big day. What matters most is having you there to celebrate our special moment with us! 💛 🚕 Airport Transfers Bus, Taxis and Ubers are available right outside the terminal. Rides to Palma cost around €20–30 and take 15–20 minutes. If you’d prefer a car, there are plenty of rental options at the airport. We have included some of our favourites below 🌍 Connecting Flights For guests traveling from the U.S., Australia, or the Philippines, we recommend flying into a major European hub—such as Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, London, or Frankfurt—then booking a separate flight to Palma de Mallorca (PMI) with budget-friendly airlines like Vueling, Ryanair, Iberia, Air Europa, or easyJet. This often works out to be the most affordable and flexible option. Where to Stay? 🛏️

We’d love for you to stay wherever feels best for you, but our recommendation is Melia Palma Marina as it is just outside Palma Centre and it will be our main pickup and drop-off point for the wedding. If you’d like more of a seaside vibe, Palmanova is another lovely option. It’s a charming beach town with plenty of hotels and ocean views—perfect if you’d like to turn the trip into a little beach getaway. Fergus Palmanova, Zel Mallorca and Reverence Mare (discount code below) are just few hotel options, but there are many others to explore depending on your style and budget. Let us know if you need help:) ✨ A quick tip: Mallorca is very popular in June, so we recommend booking your accommodation early to get the best options. We’ve found that Booking.com or booking directly with the hotel usually gives you the best rates. 💡 We’ve also arranged a special discount for our guests at Hotel Meliá Palma Marina (link below). On the wedding day, we’ll have a shuttle service with pickup and drop-off from the Meliá Palma Marina Hotel. Driving around 🚗

If you’re planning to rent a car, keep in mind that Mallorca’s roads—especially in the old town and mountain villages—can be very narrow, and parking in the city is often limited and congested. If you're staying in central Palma, we recommend taking a taxi from the airport to your hotel to avoid the stress of navigating small streets and finding parking upon arrival. Instead, consider renting a car only on the days you plan to explore, such as visiting beaches, scenic drives, or charming villages like Valldemossa or Deià. There are plenty of car rental offices throughout the city, and you won't need to worry about overnight parking if you return the car the same day. This is a low-cost car hire option that we've personally used ourselves during one of our trips and had a fantastic experience. The process was smooth, the cars were in excellent condition, and customer service was great. We especially recommend them because they offer full insurance coverage at a reasonable cost, which gave us peace of mind while driving around the island. Please do your own research and read the fine print. Be mindful of insurance, hidden fees, and always choose what feels right for you xx
