All events & accommodations are at Basin Harbor Club

A room block is reserved for "Brett Shappy Wedding" that gives you a discounted rate. The discounted rates are only available via telephone so call 800-622-4000 to book. A few things to keep in mind: -Basin Harbor books up quickly & will sell out. They cannot guarantee a room for every single wedding guest, so please book as soon as you can. If they are sold out now, it's possible that additional rooms will become available in mid-May, so please check in with them again then. -If Basin Harbor sells out, there are additional accommodation options nearby: Strong House Inn & Emerson House are bed & breakfasts that are 10 minutes away. River's Edge is 5 minutes away and has several cottages available for rent. There are also several Airbnb options. -A variety of rooms are available at Basin Harbor including more traditional hotel-style guest rooms and studio, 1, 2, & 3 bedroom cottages -All accommodations & events at Basin Harbor are walking distance from each other

From Northern New Jersey/New York: 4 hour & 30 minute drive From Boston: 3 hour & 45 minute drive From Rutland, VT: 1 hour & 15 minute drive The closest airport: Burlington International Airport - South Burlington, VT A 50 minute drive to Basin Harbor Basin Harbor is a bit remote and there are no Ubers/Lyfts in the area. To arrange transportation to & from the airport, you can call or email Basin Harbor (800.622.4000 / concierge@basinharbor.com), or reach out to Zaki with Green Mountain Taxi directly at 802.503.3096. Rates are $80 1-way, for as many people fit in his vehicles. He has a van and an SUV, fitting 6-7 guests. He takes reservations in advance, or last minute and is available 24-hours a day. Guests can either pay by credit card or cash directly to him, or can charge the transportation directly to their Basin Harbor rooms.
