Carneros Resort is located approximately 15 minutes from Napa County Airport (APC), 30 minutes from Concord/Buchanan Field Airport (CCR), and about 1 hour from Oakland Airport (OAK), Sacramento International Airport (SMF), and San Francisco International Airport (SFO), dependent on traffic. To get from the airport to Napa, options include Ubers & taxis (typically available), renting a car, or hiring a car service. Ubers are readily available while traveling within Napa. Transportation to and from the wedding will be provided on Friday and Saturday for those staying at the Meritage Resort and the Grand Reserve at the Meritage. Detailed information regarding ground transportation will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.

The weather in Napa will be warm during the day in the low to mid 80s and cooler in the evening in the low to mid 50s. We suggest bringing a wrap or jacket for all events. The wedding will take place outdoors on grass and at times, uneven terrain. Please consider appropriate shoes.

Recommended attire for Friday night is cocktail and for Saturday is formal, feel free to wear what you are most comfortable in! We suggest bringing a wrap or jacket for all events as the temperature drops significantly at night. The wedding will take place outdoors on grass and at times, uneven terrain. Please consider appropriate shoes. The pool at Carneros is open 24/7... we recommend bringing a bathing suit!
