When Should I Arrive?
Answer
The events for the weekend don't officially start until Friday evening; however, if you would like to tee it up with the groom, please feel free to arrive on Thursday. We will be setting up tee times at the Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain Golf Course for Friday morning. If you do choose to arrive Thursday, evening, please be aware that we will be staying at the Omni Hotel in Tucson where we have a small room block for anyone wishing to join us, as the Ritz hotel block unfortunately cannot be started until Friday. We'd love for you to join us for a casual evening Thursday if you're in town! Our room block at the Fairfield hotel will also start Thursday night, if you prefer that over the Omni, and we are happy to provide other hotel suggestions for you that night as well if you'd like.

When Should I Depart?

We are hosting a Sunday Funday event by the pool - we are excited to relax with our guests on Sunday following the reception where we can share stories and watch some NFL football, poolside. The bride and groom will be departing on Monday, so feel free to stay with us Sunday evening if you can, to make the most of the weekend!

Are Kids Invited?
Answer
We love your kids—we really do. But we want you to be able to relax, enjoy our wedding and spend some quality time with us. We hope this advance notice means that you will still be able to enjoy our big weekend and have some well deserved time off!

Do I Need A Rental Car?
Answer
You technically do not need a car - we are arranging for transportation from the Ritz Carlton to the Friday event location (Highlands Golf Club), a very short (under ten mins) ride away. The remaining events will all be located on the Ritz property. You can use Ride Sharing (Uber / Lyft); however, if you would like to rent a car we have secured a group discount with Hertz.
