This is a fun one! Brand new, pre-fab cabins located in a state park/marina that sit right on (or very close to) the lake, just down the street from our house. There is a beach and playground on-site, and you can rent pontoon boats there as well!

A quaint B&B just down the street from the winery venue (the also have several upscale Yurts on property if you're looking for something a little different!). The manor's boat house rests on the shoreline of Seneca Lake, with a dock/deck that extends out 100 feet onto the lake where you can swim and enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Situated on the water on the west side of Seneca Lake—just across the lake from our wedding venue— Belhurst is a well-known historic property with a mix of modern guest rooms, historic "castle rooms," and private cottages. I wouldn't call it a "luxury" property per se (it's fairly dated), but the grounds are beautiful, and it's one of the nicer options in the area.

Situated on the water on the west side of Seneca Lake—just across the lake from our wedding venue—this is one of the nicer properties in the area, and has beautiful grounds and a pool. Each room is unique (though fairly dated) and is either a fully outfitted studio, or suite with multiple rooms. Good option for families.
