Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by June 17th. If we don’t hear from you by July 3rd we will assume you are unable to join us, and look forward to catching up at a later date.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are driving, there is a short walk to the venue so please arrive no later than 3:45pm to find your seat. Arrivals after the start of the ceremony will be escorted directly to the reception area.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

For a fun and relaxing night we recommend that guests do not bring children. However, if not being able to bring your children would prevent you from attending, please reach out as we may be able to make exceptions.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to vendor limitations, only those identified as having a plus-one can bring a date. If there are cancellations, it may be possible to accommodate additional guests. Please let Rachel or Quentin know and someone will reach out accordingly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is marked with a sign and located in the field below the ceremony and reception area. The venue will direct you to park and show you where to walk up to the ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation for guests staying at the Best Western Premiere Inn Boulder Falls to the venue and back will be available starting at 2:30pm. When you are all partied out, the shuttle will be at the venue to return you to the hotel at your convenience.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style. If you have an allergy please let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss options with our catering.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar with beer, wine and seltzers available.
