For guests who wish to drive to and from Calamigos Ranch, there is complimentary valet parking. Please let the valet know that you are going to the Redwood Room.

Shuttle

Shuttle to & from the venue from the Hyatt Regency Westlake Village

For guests who have specifically RSVP'd regarding shuttle transportation, there will be round trip or one way transportation between the Hyatt Westlake Village and the wedding venue. The RSVP for the shuttle is now closed, so if you did not RSVP about needing shuttle service, please plan to drive or Uber to the venue. Additional details for guests who have RSVP'd for shuttle service: Shuttle transportation to wedding venue: On Friday, June 5th, two shuttles will depart from the Hyatt Westlake Village promptly at 4:30PM. If you miss the shuttles, please make alternate arrangements for transportation to the wedding venue. To return to the Hyatt Westlake Village from Calamigos Ranch, there will be two options: a 9:30PM shuttle and a 11PM shuttle.

A note about Ubers

There is Uber availability to and from Calamigos Ranch. However, because of the location of the venue, you may have a 20-30 minute wait for an Uber when leaving Calamigos.
