What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 5PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary valet parking at Calamigos Ranch for our wedding.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are having an outdoor ceremony, followed by an indoor & outdoor cocktail hour. Dinner & dancing will be indoors.

Are children welcome?

Answer

With the exception of a brief appearance during the ceremony by the groom's nephew, children will not be attending and we hope you'll understand.

Can I bring a date?

If "and guest" or your plus one's name is included on your invitation then you can bring a plus one.

What is the attire for the wedding?

Answer

Black Tie Optional Ladies should wear mid-, tea- or floor-length dresses or gowns in joyful colors or patterns. As the ceremony is outdoors (reception is indoors), we recommend block heels as opposed to spikes. Gentlemen should be equally comfortable wearing a suit and tie or a tuxedo.

What is the attire for the Welcome Party?

Dressy casual.

Question

What if I want to leave my car overnight at Calamigos?

Answer

If you decide to leave your car overnight at Calamigos, you will give your keys to the valet after the reception concludes and then retrieve your car the next morning for $30.
