We’re so excited to celebrate with you in a place that’s very special to us! Our wedding will be held on a cow pasture, so we recommend dressing with both Western Elegance and practicality in mind. Think wedding-ready outfits with a relaxed, country feel—flowy dresses, suits, and elevated western touches are all perfect. And yes, boots are not just welcome, they’re highly encouraged (and probably your best friend for the day). We want everyone to feel comfortable while still looking festive and wedding-ready as we celebrate out in the open air. We can’t wait to see your take on it!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow enough time for parking and the short walk to the ceremony location. We want everyone settled in and ready to celebrate with us on time!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any food allergies or dietary accommodations so we can make sure everyone is taken care of and able to fully enjoy the celebration with us!

Are kids welcome?

Because our wedding venue is about an hour outside of Charleston, we’ve decided to make the celebration adults-only. We hope this gives everyone a chance to enjoy a fun night away, relax, and celebrate with us worry-free! We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available at the venue, and both the ceremony and reception will be held in the same location for anyone choosing to drive. Once you arrive, you can settle in and enjoy the celebration with us all evening!

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

We will be providing shuttle service from North Charleston to Walterboro to help ensure our guests have a safe and stress-free trip to the venue. Guests may park at the Pleasant Places parking lot on Lacrosse Road in North Charleston. The shuttle ride to Walterboro is approximately one hour. Please plan to arrive by 3:45 PM for departure so we can keep everything running on schedule. For your convenience, a shuttle will be available at 10:30 PM to transport guests back to Lacrosse Road in North Charleston, where you can return to your vehicle or easily arrange an Uber or other ride home. We want everyone to enjoy the evening and get home safely! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
