3:30 p.m. Shuttles arrive at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Woodland Park (this is right next to the Woodland Country Lodge). 3:45 p.m. Shuttles depart for Pikes Peak Ranch 4:30 p.m. Ceremony 5:00 p.m. Cocktail hour 6:00 p.m. Reception 8:30 p.m. Early shuttle departs to go back to Microtel 10:30 p.m. Final shuttles depart to go back to Microtel
