Erica is one of my longest and closest friends in San Francisco. We met at a young adults camping trip in Yosemite in 2013 because we were bunk mates and then found out we had a mutual friend from Dayton (her alma mater) who lived in the Bay Area. We quickly became friends and a few months later found out we were both applying to live in a new Catholic women's house, called Priory East. We both got in and spent the next 4 years sharing all the ups and downs of relationships, job changes, and navigating adult life in a new city. Erica moved across the Bay to Oakland in 2018 after she married her boo-thing Charlie but we still make the trek across the bridge and have WhatsApp video calls to close the distance.

Lily is now the longest roommate I've had in Priory East! She is a bright ray of sunshine and well beloved by all who know her. She is also a kick-ass designer and has helped so much in the design elements of our wedding planning. I'm forever grateful! Her eye for design also makes her a brilliant photographer. Some of her shots are in our photos. Some of my best moments with Lily are our bathroom chats late at night because we're always the two latest ones going to bed and crossing paths in the bathroom. Things get quite silly that late at night! Love you, Lil Dawg!
Katherine Ambrose

Katherine is the "fun" roommate in Priory East! She is an expert social connector and has a gift for bringing people together she has used to make our home a haven for us and others in our community. You can learn more about how Katherine and I met and eventually became friends by listening to her podcast, The Visitation Podcast, which she started last year (subtle plug). One of our favorite times together was Christmas 2020 when we stayed home together, wore many matching outfits, and then painted her bedroom while listening to Harry Potter audiobooks. We're pretty cool. ;) She also comes up with really fun costumes like this Cancel Culture one.
Maggie Adams

Maggie is the "woo" girl of Priory East! She's got a zest for life and a spirit for adventure. Not to mention a healthy dose of competitive drive! On the flip side she's a deep thinker and passionate about sharing the faith with others either through teaching Catechism classes or encouraging women in her Fiat90 program. During the first few months of the pandemic Maggie and I did some epic (well epic in my books but easy in Maggie's) bike rides and culinary escapades, my favorite of which was cooking beef boo-boo (aka beef bourguignon).
Christina Mamaril

The newest addition to Priory East, Christina is also a friend from many years back when we met in bible study and connected over a sense of sass and a love of beauty. Christina has some serious talent with the pen and writes the most touching, genuine letters I will treasure for ever. She is a sister who always has your back and frequently has your dinner (she's an excellent cook). She's also a great stylist and at least for me and Nick, an amazing match-maker!

He is my brother. I have known him since I was 2 years old. He served in the marines, loving husband, and caring father. I love him.

He is my roommate. I met him at an event and connected quickly. He has always comes in just at the right moment. The past two years have been great! His cookies are delicious!
