Rachel and Nektarios (Allen) met in late 2022 at a baby shower on a warm summer day. They connected immediately and, after the first few dates, knew their relationship was something special. At the time, Rachel was living in Los Angeles, while Nektarios was living in Murrieta. Much of their relationship was long distance, which made them cherish their time together on weekends even more. Through love, patience, and faith, their relationship continued to grow through every season. In the summer of 2025, Nektarios went down on one knee and proposed in a beautiful, quiet garden. As they prepare to begin this next chapter, they give thanks to God for bringing them together and are filled with gratitude and joy as they look forward to being united through the Sacrament of Marriage and starting their life together surrounded by family and friends.
