Horsetooth Reservoir
Horsetooth Reservoir is a beautiful spot in Northern Colorado. Near the reservoir, you can find spots to hike, paddleboard, or just sit and enjoy the beauty of nature. There are also a couple of swim beaches that we highly recommend! For hiking: Horsetooth Mountain Open Space, Soderberg Open Space For paddleboarding: Launch at Inlet Bay, South Bay, Satanka Cove, or Sunrise Swim Beach Swim beaches: Sunrise Beach and South Bay
CSU Annual Flower Trial Gardens
This is a relaxing spot to wander during the summer.
Old Town
You can find tons of cute shops, yummy restaurants, great hotels, coffee shops, and an art museum in Old Town, Fort Collins.
Fort Collins Museum of Discovery
The children's museum in Fort Collins is a good spot to escape the heat.
Rocky Mountain National Park
Rocky Mountain National Park is only 1.5 hours up the road from Fort Collins. If you have a little bit of extra time, we highly recommend this beautiful spot.
