YES! In order to travel to Mexico you need a passport. Please note the expiration date must be at least 6 months past the travel date!
To make your life easier, the hotel room will be booked through our wonderful travel agent, Anna Gilbert. Please use the link on the Travel page to take you directly there.
YES! Generations and El Dorado are all-inclusive resorts! Meaning all food and drinks are included in the cost. There are extras you can pay for such as excursions and spa services. It is recommended you bring small bills to tip the staff (tip is not included!)
All travel arrangements will be booked through our travel agent, Anna Gilbert, using the booking website. Transportation will be arranged for you to and from the resort once your flight information is known. The transportation will only be for wedding guests and will go directly between the airport and resort.
You can visit the Lomas Hospitality website to see the full list of excursions in the all inclusive package. At check in, the concierge will give you a map of the resort and a run down of the property. You can book excursions any time at the concierge. There is also an app called GA El Dorado Royale which is semi helpful in seeing the restaurants and daily activities.
We would recommend getting in on Thursday and leaving on Sunday in order to join us in all wedding festivities!
We kindly ask you stay at Generations or El Dorado. If staying off site you must pay a fee per day to access the resort for wedding festivities.
Generations is a family friendly resort if you decide to bring your family. Children can be on the Generations property but are not allowed on the El Dorado properties on the resort. However all wedding events will be adult only so child care will need to be arranged!
Formal beach attire includes long or midi length dresses for women and suits (linen is fine!) or a jacket and slacks for men. To keep cool, choose lightweight and breathable fabrics. We want everyone to look and feel their best!
