Awarded double gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition, a 95 rating from the Wine Enthusiast, and a gold medal from the Beverage Testing Institute.
Cold Hollow Cider Mill
Cold Hollow Cider Mill is a top New England producer of fresh apple cider and one of Vermont's most popular tourist attractions. They make apple cider the old-fashioned way with a traditional rack and cloth built in the 1920's. They press year round and vistors can come watch the process and explore the vintage mill. Sample their Cider Donuts, named one of the country's top four donuts by Gourmet magazine. You can even watch their live bees make honey!
The Alchemist Brewery - Stowe
The Achelmist is a family run brewery specializing in fresh, unfiltered IPAs. Their flagship IPA , Heady Topper, is brewed only in a private location in Waterbury, VT and is distributed throughout the state, including The Alchemist Stowe Brewery & Vistor's Center which is open to the public. The Alchemist Brewery in Stowe provides samples of beer for tasting, retail beer sales, merchandise and brewery tours.
