Villa Check In

The Villa has enough room if you choose to stay onsite. All wedding festivities will be held at the Villa minus the optional group wine tasting. If you come to the Villa early you can leave your bags at the front and enjoy the restaurant or pool. The Villa also has a restaurant and bar. The Villa overlooks downtown and is easily accessible.

Let's go wine tasting together! This will be finalized and updated with the winery(s) in the next 2-3 weeks. If you are staying off-site, you are welcome to come to the Villa before, or meet us at the winery (TBD). This is option but will be a fun day trip if you wish to attend!

Pizza Party & Drinks! We pushed the time back to allow everyone to get back from the winery, relax and freshen up. The rehearsal dinner will be outside by the pool.

Semi- Formal. Gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please keep in mind we will be outside the majority of the wedding. We will move inside for music and dancing.
Sleep in, relax by the pool, or explore some of Florence before the wedding. Estimated order of events: 4:45-5:45 Rachel & Martin take 1st look photos 6:00pm - Ceremony 6:20pm - Cocktail Hour 7:30pm - Dinner 9:00pm - Cake Cutting/Speeches 10:00pm - Music, Dancing & Drinking
