Are any events kid-friendly?

Answer

Our goal is for everyone's weekend to be as fun and carefree as possible. We understand that some of you may want (or need) to travel with little ones in tow, and while have chosen to host an adults-only wedding, we are happy for you to bring your kiddos to the welcome party. Day-after plans are TBC, but we expect these to be child-friendly as well. TLDR: Welcome Party - YES Wedding - NO Day-After Gathering - MOST LIKELY

What will the weather be like?

Late summer in PEC should be beautiful. Expect highs in the mid 70s Fahrenheit. Evenings may be a bit chilly, dipping into the low 60s, so bring a sweater or light jacket.

Are Canadians really more friendly?

Yes. But we'll let you be the judge ;-)

Does PEC have Uber or Lyft?

Answer

NO. Please be aware that there are no ride-share apps operating in PEC. We will provide transportation to/from the wedding, but encourage (responsible) carpooling to/from any other events!

Do I need to exchange money?

Answer

Like the rest of Canada, PEC is on the CAD, but nearly everywhere takes card/apple pay, so no need to carry large amounts of cash.
