Our room block rate is $119 for Friday, March 24th and Saturday, March 25th. This special group rate will be available until 12:00 PM EST on March 10, 2023 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Hotel Check-in time: After 3PM. Check-out time: 11:00AM. Reservations can be made by calling the Hotel directly at (316) 425-7900 Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. For individuals to receive the established group rate, they must identify themselves as members of the "Rachel Wedding Room Block" when making the reservation. All reservations must be received by the group's cut-off date and guaranteed with a credit card. Individual reservations must be cancelled prior to 48 hours prior to arrival date to avoid a charge of one-night room and tax.
