Q&A

The Wedding Website of Rachel Hall and Kyle Craig
If you have any questions that are not listed here, please feel free to reach out to the bride or groom
Question

How & when should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the "RSVP" tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear which you can mark as "Will attend". Please RSVP by Saturday, March 21st.

Question

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by March 21st, you will be marked as "Not attending". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our venue and vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors with the reception taking place under a tent. The ceremony will take place on grass, so please keep that in mind if you plan to wear heels!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting garden formal/semi formal attire for our wedding. Think maxi/midi dresses or jumpsuits, and suits or a dress shirt and blazer. Floral patterns, bright colors, and lighter materials are welcome. Please avoid items like jeans, t-shirts, or flip flops

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We'd love to include everyone, but due to limited space, only guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation can come. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "The (Your Last Name) Family" if your children have been invited and "Mr. and Mrs." if only you and your significant other have been invited. We are hoping this will be a much deserved night off for parents!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 PM. Please plan to arrive around 3:30-3:45 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to park, find your seat, and settle in

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a designated parking lot with plenty of spots. However, there will be an open bar so please plan accordingly as cars must leave the lot by 9 AM the morning after the wedding

Question

Are there reserved hotel room blocks?

Answer

We have reserved hotel blocks at two hotels close to the venue. You can reserve a room at either of these hotels under the "Travel" tab of the wedding website.

Question

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

Answer

Your presence is truly the greatest gift, but if you’d like to honor us with something more, we’ve curated a collection of items that will help us start our new life together. These items are listed on the "Registry" tab on this website
