It all began in the most unexpected way — during our third year of college, right in the middle of a global pandemic. While the world was shutting down, our hearts were just beginning to open up. Our roommates were dating at the time, which meant our two apartments were already pretty connected — not just socially, but germ-wise too. We decided to form a little quarantine apartment bubble and started spending a lot of time with each other's houses. From movie nights to long conversations, laughter quickly became the background music to our growing friendship. As the days turned into weeks, and the weeks into months, something special began to blossom. We realized we had more in common than we expected — and more feelings, too. In January 2021, after months of unforgettable memories, Kyle asked me to be his girlfriend. Of course, I said yes! Since then, it’s felt like we’ve been living a real-life rom com. From college days, graduate school, new jobs, and now engagement, every chapter has brought us closer — and we can't wait to start this new one together as husband and wife.
