If you are looking for an early date night to kick off the weekend, this is one of our favorite restaurants. We highly recommend the, "coquille saint Jacques"- scallop on the shell and the "Carpe Diem" for a special evening!

An's Dry Cleaning

Voted #1 in the country on USA Today- this is Rachel's favorite ice cream shop! If you are in town early, she highly recommends this delicious treat!

Pretzels & Pints

We stopped in at this fun Philly inspired bar the weekend we toured our wedding venue. They have a variety of beer and fun pretzels, and it is perfect for a board game or two!

Polite Provisions

Another unique spot we've enjoyed! They have a variety of beautiful cocktails- including the retired "Princess Peach."

Annie's Canyon Trail - Solana Hills Trailhead Parking Area

We went for a hike here while we were waiting to window shop for Center Stones on Rachel's engagement ring.

The Flower Fields

Opens on Sunday, March 1! It is directly across the street from the venue, and you will be able to see the gorgeous blooms from afar! You can also see the flowers from the Flower Field Observation Deck: 5770 Armada Dr, Carlsbad, CA 92008

Delicious restaurants and bars just 4 miles from the Wedding Venue on the I-5 North.

Bosscat Kitchen & Libations

Our first date location <3 A great stop for a drink if you fly through SNA or are driving through Orange County via the I-405.

Disneyland Park

An opportunity you may want to extend your trip for :) Kirk and I spent the day at Disneyland with the Nick Phillips' Family and Katie and Kevin in 2024. It was a nostalgic day filled with laughter and fun! It is best to fly through SNA for ease of access.
