I'm so excited to be celebrating the next part of my life with Keith! He complements me in so many ways, and loves to make me laugh. I've had a rough journey the last several years, and I'm so grateful I had Keith by my side to help get me through it. We both enjoy playing computer games, either together or separately as well as board games when we can find the time. We also enjoy heckling each other on Spartans vs. Wolverines in sports. I also love to cross stitch, especially making gifts for loved ones and friends. I'm trying to learn quilting, but haven't managed to find the time for it yet, and I would also like to get back into shape enough to go on longer/harder hikes and maybe even more backpacking trips.

I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with my best friend! I'm a very shy and quiet person, and I feel like I connected with Rachel almost instantly. I've never felt this way about anyone else. We have so many things in common with our personalities and yet we also have a lot of differences that work out really well for our relationship. I like computers and gaming, watching sports (especially U of M), collecting Funko pops/comics/figurines, and I'm trying to get more into some crafting projects like spray paint art/airbrushing and painting miniature models. Lastly, if I could eat pizza all day every day, I probably would.
Chris Williams
Best Man
Chris has been Keith's lifelong friend, since they met in 6th grade, when Keith saw Chris throwing a football by himself, as he was riding his bike through the neighborhood. They have been good friends ever since then. They grew up watching basketball and wrestling as well as playing a lot of Halo and Call of Duty. Keith's favorite memories with Chris are when they tricked their middle school shop teacher by swapping out their car with another team that did better right before he judged the competition, which made him extremely upset; as well as watching the events of Malice at the Palace unfold on live TV. Chris now lives in Redford, MI with his father and fiancé Holly.
John Keough

Keith met John in their 3rd grade class, and have been good friends ever since. As they were growing up, they loved to play Call of Duty, Madden, and NHL as well as watching the Detroit basketball and football teams. Keith's favorite memories with John are riding their bikes to the Livonia Mall arcade, playing pool in John's parents' basement and going to a local pool hall, and swimming in John's parents' pool. John is now married to Megan and is the proud father of Lucy (3 years old), and Gabriel (7 months old). They live in Novi, MI.
James Zitnik

Keith met James in 2nd grade at school, and was friends with him through all of elementary school until James moved away after 6th grade. They reconnected on Facebook after high school. Their main interests together are playing video games, Pokemon Go, and watching Game of Thrones and horror movies. Keith's favorite memories with him are playing World of Warcraft and painting different things together. James currently lives in Alma, MI.
Martin Sulek

Keith met Martin in 3rd grade and were friends from then all through high school. After graduation, they grew apart, but reconnected on Instagram in 2020, and have been trying to hang out whenever they both have time to catch up. When they were kids they spent their time playing a lot of street basketball, watching professional basketball, playing video games, and riding their bikes around the neighborhood. One of Keith's favorite memories with Martin is doing donuts in empty parking lots in the winter after Martin got his first car. Martin is married to Sabrina and they have 2 kids, Natalia (6 years old) and Colton (3, almost 4 years old). They live in White Lake, MI.
Beon Kim

Keith met Beon in 6th grade at school and they remained friends through high school. They are still good friends, but unfortunately don't get to spend as much time together. When they were younger, they played a lot of street basketball, watched professional basketball, and played a lot of different sports video games. Beon lives in Westland, MI and works at the restaurant his parents own.
Danny Lowery
Father of the Groom
Danny is a Vietnam War veteran and currently retired. He used to do a lot of fishing, hunting, camping, and still occasionally enjoys riding his motorcycle. He also enjoys watching TV shows related to hunting/fishing/history and pretty much any movie genre. Him and Keith are constantly teasing each other, and he has helped us with many house projects which we are so grateful for. He has been married to Gail (Keith's mom) for 47 years! They live in Farmington Hills, MI, in the house Keith grew up in.
Gail Lowery
Mother of the Groom
Gail is currently retired and likes to spend her time either doing yardwork or sitting outside, and when she can't do that, she likes watching Western movies or historical TV shows like Yellowstone. Keith's favorite memories with her are going to Kensington Metropark and other local parks, as well as watching and rooting for the Detroit Red Wings (when they were actually good ;P). She has been married to Danny for 47 years! They live in Farmington Hills, MI, in the house Keith grew up in.
Stephanie Dettbarn

"Hi, I'm Stephanie and I met Rachel three years ago through a mutual friend. We bonded over our love of board games and started having weekly board game nights. One of my favorite memories was going to the Henry Ford Museum together last December, to see the special Disney costumes exhibit they had. I'm so honored and excited to share this special day with Rachel and Keith!" Rachel loves spending time with Stephanie, especially playing board games together, and venting about horrible co-workers/drama we have to deal with. Stephanie is married to Ryan and they live in the house they bought in May 2021 in Romulus, MI.
Robin Coan

"Hi, I'm Robin! I met Rachel at Frost Middle School where we bonded over our love of singing in the choir. Some of my favorite memories are the Levitt Llamacorns at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp, watching the Livonia Spree fireworks from Rachel's parents' backyard and counting/betting on how many car alarms would go off, and going to District Choir festival with Choralation (sparkly dresses and vests galore!). Nowadays, I love spending a long afternoon playing board games with Rachel and Keith. I'm so excited to see them get married! <3" Robin is married to Ken, and they currently live in Boston, MA.
Christi Wiltenburg

Christi is Rachel's closest cousin (they were born only 9 months apart). As they were growing up, out of all the cousins they spent the most time together and even used to dress up as twins because of how similar they looked! Some of Rachel's favorite memories with Christi are Cedar Point trips (although one trip in particular Rachel was teased by the family for years because she cried on the kiddie roller coaster ;P), going camping with Grandma Wiltenburg, acting crazy with the thundersticks at a Grand Rapids Griffins hockey game, and enjoying her and her mom's extensive DVD collection. Christi currently lives with her fiancé Kerry in Albuquerque, NM.
Lori Wiltenburg
Mother of the Bride
Lori currently works for Bosch as a buyer, where she has been working since early this year (after Ford unfortunately laid her off). It turned out to be a blessing in disguise though, because she enjoys the company and has actually already gotten to travel to Guadalajara, Mexico and Budapest, Hungary for business. She enjoys spending her free time volunteering at the Family of God mission church in southwest Detroit, planting/gardening/spending time outside, camping in their pop-up trailer whenever they can, puzzles or puzzle-like games, and cheering on the Spartans (where she attended and met Arlo). She has been married to Arlo for almost 38 years (at the end of July)! They currently live in Livonia, MI, in the house Rachel grew up in.
Arlo Wiltenburg

Arlo currently works for the USDA, where he has been working for about 20 years, and is looking forward to retirement. He is a die-hard Spartans fan (where he went to college and met Lori), loves to go camping in their pop-up trailer whenever they can, and loves to read (especially Stephen King) as well as watching sci-fi and action movies/TV shows. He is also an active member at Christ Our Savior Lutheran Church and volunteers with the Family of God mission church in Southwest Detroit. He has been married to Lori almost 38 years (at the end of July)! They currently live in Livonia, MI, in the house Rachel grew up in.
