2:00 pm - 3:15 pm
Arrival time is between 2 pm and 2:25 pm in the covered outdoor chapel. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 pm. The chapel is solid enough to be used regardless of weather conditions, and it is only a short walk from the chapel into the reception hall.
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The doors to the ballroom will be opened at 5 pm. Light hors'douvres will be available at this time while guests find their seats and wait for the wedding party to be announced. Once the wedding party arrives, there will be toasts and then dinner will be served family style. The dinner will have pork medallions, chicken traverse city, green beans, roasted red skin potatoes, cavatappi pasta with bolognese sauce, garden salad, and bread. After that, the dance floor will open up with a live DJ!
