Its a pretty easy walk (or drive) up a hillside to the Liberty U. monogram for a view of Lynchburg from the gazebo at the top

Peaks of Otter

Sharp top and Flat top are 2 very popular trails about 45 minutes away. The trail across from the Flat top parking area, Fallingwater Cascade, leads to the waterfall where Joey proposed. There’s also a winery near there for those who would rather have a drink after/instead of hiking.
