The Charleston Farmers Market is held in Marion Square from 8am - 2pm on Saturdays. Stop by and explore shops on King Street.

Brunch

Our favorite downtown brunch spots are Millers All Day, Halls Sunday Gospel Brunch, Delaney Oyster House, and Church and Union. Reservations are encouraged where available.

Dinner

Some of our favorite downtown dinner spots are Little Jacks Tavern, 167 Raw, Leon’s Oyster Shop, Halls Chophouse, Le Farfelle, and XO Brasserie. Reservations are encouraged where available.

Rachel’s Rooftop Recs

Rachel loves a crisp white wine with a view this time of year. We recommend The Citrus Club at The Dewberry, Fiat Lux at Hotel Bennett, Satellite at Stars Grill, and The Rooftop at The Vendue Hotel.

Jeff’s Dive Bar Tour

Jeff loves a crisp miller lite in a dive bar anytime of the year. We recommend Salty Mikes, The Royal American, Burns Alley, Last Saint, Bedford Falls, and Faculty Lounge.

Folly Beach

We love Folly. Go for a beach day or walk the pier and visit businesses. You can park along the streets, as long as you follow the rules and regulations in the link below. Make sure to bring a tumbler if you plan on drinking on the beach. Some businesses we love are Lowlife, Lost Dog Cafe, Center Street Coffee, Chico Feo, and Drop-in Deli.

Shem Creek

Shem Creek is a popular spot for drinks with a view. You can pay to park in the surface lots or garage near Reds Ice House. The walk through Shem Creek park is pretty too. If you’re getting dinner while in this area, we recommend NICO Oysters & Seafood.

Sullivan's Island

Check the website below for the latest rules and regulations, including parking information. We like the Co-Op for sandwiches and frosé (frozen rose) and Obstinate Daughter for dinner or brunch.
