We’d love to have you help start the celebration with us at a welcome party at the venue - Caboose Farm! We’ll have yard games, s’mores, and a limited bar to kick off the wedding festivities! We will not be offering transportation to and from the hotel for the welcome party.

Wedding

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail

Please join us for our wedding ceremony in the upper field. We will be offering transportation to and from the hotel. There will be a golf cart for attendees who need assistance to drive you from your car (parking lot is next to the main house) to the ceremony site. There will be parking attendants directing you to the ceremony location. Please note that you will have a 5-10 minute walk from the cars to the ceremony site in grass and road. Then you will head back to the main house for the cocktail hour from 5:30 - 6:30 pm on the patio. After that the reception will be held in the stunning tent you can't miss in the field behind the main house! We hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named.

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Casual

Please join us for a light breakfast the next morning to wish your favorite newlyweds bon voyage and good wishes on their honeymoon!
