Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 10th, by clicking the "RSVP" link in the menu of this website. We appreciate if you can RSVP as soon as possible so that we know whether or not to reserve a place setting for you. You will be asked to make your dinner selection when you RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Frank Lloyd Wright House lawn no later than 5:15 p.m. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. We recommend allowing 10-15 minutes for parking and getting to the Frank Lloyd Wright lawn. There will be signage to direct you. (See more details about parking below) The permanent collection gallery will be open to view during the cocktail hour, but arriving at 4:00 p.m. or earlier will allow you to view all of the museum’s art galleries and grounds before the wedding.

Question

What is the attire?

Answer

Semi-formal attire Sundresses, cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits and separates, suits, or dress shirts and pants (jacket and tie optional) are all welcome. (You would likely feel overdressed in a tuxedo or gown, or underdressed in shorts.) The ceremony will take place outdoors in the grass, so please keep this in mind for your clothing and footwear choices.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, free self-parking is available at Crystal Bridges Museum. There is a parking garage and surface lot, and an overflow parking lot. Parking Garage Complimentary, ADA-accessible parking is available in the lower level of the museum parking garage. Follow the signs on Museum Way. Drop-Offs The museum’s main drive connects to a drop-off area at the museum’s ADA-accessible front entrance located by Roxy Paine’s tree-like sculpture Yield. Cars and buses may stop here to load and unload passengers. No parking is allowed in this area.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

If you choose to stay in our block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bentonville, a free shuttle will be provided to and from the wedding. The shuttle will operate continuously for 1.5 hours before the ceremony (3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.) and will pick up guests at the end of the reception (10:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.)

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Respectfully, we are only able to accommodate the children of our wedding party. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

We have planned an “unplugged” ceremony and ask that guests silence their cellphones and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. However, we encourage guests to take lots of pictures at the reception!

Question

Do you have a COVID-19 policy?

Answer

We ask that guests take a home test prior to the wedding, and to please not attend if you test positive or if you are experiencing any symptoms such as a fever and cough, even if the test is negative. We want all of our loved ones to have a fun celebration and a healthy return home!
