Is there a dress code?

Jewel-Toned Semi-Formal Our vision is a cozy yet elegant winter celebration. We’d love for guests to wear jewel tones (emerald, sapphire, ruby, amethyst, etc.). The attire is dressy, but not black tie. Women-Midi or floor lenght dress in rich colors. Men-A suit or sports coat with dress pants

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We highly encourage guests to stay at Glasbern Inn, which is right on site. Staying there will give you full access to the venue’s amenities and help make the day easier (no travel time between hotel and event). If Glasbern is booked up or you're looking for alternatives, Delta Hotels by Marriott Allentown Lehigh Valley in Breinigsville is another great nearby option.

When should I check into the hotel?

Answer

Following the ceremony, we’ve allowed a half hour for guests to check into the hotel. If you’re already checked in, please feel free to enjoy a drink at the hotel bar. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30 PM in the Grand Lodge.

Can I bring a date?

While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, our guest list is limited. We ask that you please only RSVP for those listed on your invitation.

To allow all guests, including parents, a night of relaxation, we politely request no children at our wedding.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is complimentary parking just steps away from our ceremony location!

What can we expect for the cocktail hour & reception?

Answer

Appetizers, dinner, dessert, and drinks are on us—including a full open bar. We’ll also have signature cocktails to enjoy! If you plan to stay for the after-party, it does become a cash bar
