This is the only hotel where we have a room block. There will be a limited number of rooms available. Shuttle Service will be provided to and from this hotel and Hartwood Acres. Booking for the hotel block closes on May 1, 2026. PLEASE NOTE: Hotel check-in is at 4:00 PM. The hotel cannot ensure early check-in is available. The shuttle will depart the hotel at 2:00 PM for our ceremony at 3:00 at Hartwood Acres. Consider asking the front desk to hold your luggage if you are otherwise not able to do an early check in. Please reach out to one of us if you have any questions, or if you find there are not rooms available on the nights you need.

Shuttle departure for hotel guests is at 2:00 PM. We have a 40 passenger bus providing service. Shuttle service will be provided to and from Hotel Monaco on the day of the wedding at scheduled times for hotel guests.

We do not have a room block here, however this is a good backup option and is nearby Hotel Monaco where our shuttle service will be running.

Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburgh/Harmarville

We do not have a room block here, however this hotel is located in Harmar which is about a 17 minute drive from Hartwood Acres. There are a few different hotels in this area to choose from.
