Flight
There is an airport right down the street! San Luis Obispo airport (SBP) is a quick drive from downtown and the Madonna Inn. American Airlines, United and Alaska Airlines have many daily flights in and out of SBP. For those that are looking for a larger airport and drive through the beautiful So Cal cost, Santa Barbra Airport is a 1hr 30min drive, Bakersfield Airport is a 2hr 15min drive and Los Angeles International (LAX) is a 3hrs 30in drive.
Train
We love trains! Want to take the more adventurous way and see the coast on your way to San Luis Obispo (SLO)? The famous Surfliner train runs from San Diego all the way to San Luis Obispo. Fly into LAX or Santa Barbara and take the train right into the heart of SLO.
