When is the RSVP deadline?

Please try to RSVP by August 26th at the latest, we would love your RSVPs before this date though!

Where should I book a hotel reservation?

Answer

For Friday night, we recommend our guests stay in Murfreesboro, TN which is approximately 20 minutes from our venue. We have a hotel block at the Hilton Garden Inn Murfreesboro but there are several other hotel options in the area! Please see the "Travel" tab for more details.

Is there transportation being provided between the reception and hotels?

Answer

We have reserved a shuttle from 8pm-12am to transport guests from The White Dove Barn to the Hilton Garden Inn Murfreesboro.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the venue and you can leave your car overnight. We just ask that you pick your car up by 10am Saturday morning so the next wedding can begin.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors under a pavilion, whereas the reception will be inside a barn.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can celebrate with us.

Is this an unplugged wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that during the ceremony that all of our friends and family remain unplugged. We want everyone to be in the beautiful moment of our ceremony with us. Once the reception starts please feel free to take and post as many pictures with our hashtag #PoppinBottlesWithTheCaudles!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail and semi-formal attire only. While we want our guests to be comfortable, please refrain from wearing denim or jeans, the color white, flannel shirts, and hoodies.
