We’re getting married!!

It all started with a right swipe on Tinder, and from that moment on, we were talking every day. I mentioned that urbexing seemed really cool, so he decided to take me on an adventure to Northville Asylum for our first date. I threw all my schooling and self preservation right out the window and took a chance on the cute guy from online. I really decided he wasn't a crazy guy when he kept asking if I was sure about going and to make sure I shared my location with others so no one thought he was killing me in the woods. I shared my location with my girlfriends, brought my pepper spray and a pocket knife and decided to take the chance and follow the "stranger" into the woods! Exploring an abandoned asylum together was the perfect mix of thrilling and intriguing. Really makes you get to know someone when you're somewhere where you shouldn't be. After leaving there, he wanted to take me to his favorite sushi place, Koji. I was determined to impress him by trying sushi and octopus, even though I was a bit nervous and hate food. While trying to impress him by eating the sushi and octopus, I almost threw up in his truck. I guess I was trying too hard to be adventurous for him!

Definitely Collin! He sent me a message asking me to describe myself using emojis and I sent him a long ass paragraph of emojis for every aspect of myself. He then proceeded to respond, "Wow, I didn't think you would actually respond. I guess I have to respond now."

Truthfully, we love to lay on the couch or in bed and binge watch a TV show at night while eating popcorn! It helps us relax and decompress after work!

I mean can you really top exploring an abandoned asylum?- Rachel For Collin, he loved the first time I came over after he OFFICIALLY asked me out. We just laid on the couch together and he just held me while we watched a movie. Very sweet.

We haven't officially decided yet, but somewhere in Europe!

Collin really spoils me with his cooking (he is amazing!!), but I would have to say my personal favorite was when he made me a beef wellington with some kind of special potatoes! On the regular basis, he makes some amazing pasta dishes for me! - Rachel For Collin, he loved when we went to the Flying Fish down in Disney. It was an amazing dinner experience and I had stolen a piece of steak off of his plate because it looked so good ( I had not eaten steak before this experience). He then proceeded to share the majority of his meal with me because I loved every bite of the steak and the sides.

For me I am stuck between saying our first cruise together (courtesy of his parents) or when we went to a little trailer near Sleeping Bear Dunes! I had never been on a cruise before so this was a very special moment for me but I also loved relaxing at the dunes and staying near Traverse City! Collin is stuck between our first trip to Disney together and our adventure to Presque Isle! That first Disney trip was so much fun and let us rehash our old memories at Disney and we had rented the cutest cabin up in Presque Isle during the fall so the entire area was stunning! (Was also the first trip we took with his Charger after it had gotten stolen!)

Definitely the asylum!
