Crawford is a small town located in the foothills of the West Elk Mountains, looking west towards the Escalante canyon lands.
Air travel to Crawford can be from the Grand Junction airport (2 hrs drive), the Denver airport (long, but beautfiul 5 hr drive along I70 and over McClure Pass) or the Montrose airport (1 hrs drive).
Please note that Crawford and the surrounding towns are small but thrive on summer tourism, so we would recommend guest make lodging arrangements as early as possible.
Listed below are several inns and hotels in the North Fork Valley, but Airbnbs, farm stays, and similar rentals are also an option if you wish to investigate.

A very cute Victorian stone inn in the center of Crawford, less than 10 minutes from the venue. It's very small though, only three rooms!

A medium sized inn in Paonia that offers a variety of options- standard rooms, studio apartments, etc. A little less than 30 minutes from the venue on country roads, Paonia is known for its arts community and its orchards, which should be in full swing come August!
